Electric Knife Review
The electric knife is no stranger to our kitchens. It’s been around since the 60’s and today, Kenwood, Prestige, and others, all battle to make it bigger and better.
I am a big fan; it cuts meat efficiently with less physical effort, giving you better results than a carving knife. It is lightweight, with an easy hold grip, simple to use on and off switch and can be used with either hand.
The twin blades are easy to remove and clean and the unit is small enough to fit in a draw, no clutter! This knife not only cuts meat, it can also cut bread, vegetables and fruit, slicing through sponge, giving a better finish to cakes. The problem with this unit is the cord is too short, so now some newer models are cordless. The electric knife is a vital piece of kitchen equipment
